Refund Policy
At Dr. Lena Hayes's practice, we are committed to providing you with exceptional care and attention. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that sometimes, schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
1. How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us directly via email at [hello@lenahayes.com] or by phone at [+1 (555) 123-4567] at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.
2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session fee.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and have not notified us ("no-show"), you will be responsible for the full session fee.
3. How We Handle Cancellations on Our End
In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will provide you with as much notice as possible and will work with you to reschedule at the earliest convenient time. You will, of course, not be charged for any session cancelled by us.
4. Policy for Packages or Pre-Paid Sessions
If you have purchased a package of sessions, the same 48-hour cancellation policy applies. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of one session from your package.
